John Cottone Athletic Training Scholarship

Established by alumni and friends of Dr. John Cottone and athletic training constituents of SUNY Cortland. The intention of this scholarship is to recognize students majoring in athletic training at SUNY Cortland who have demonstrated academic and clinical excellence and service to the community and profession. Award will be split evenly between the fall and spring semesters. Funding is based on availability.

Selection Criteria

  • awarded to a matriculated graduate level student in good academic standing at SUNY Cortland
  • is majoring in athletic training
  • has demonstrated academic and clinical excellence and service to the community and profession
  • enrolled full-time fall and spring semester
  • student must have at least one full academic year remaining at the start of the fall semester of award year

Scholarship funding is determined by the Cortland College Foundation. Scholarship amounts and availability are subject to change.
