Dr. Eugene C. Waldbauer Sponsored Scholarship

The Dr. Eugene C. Waldbauer Scholarship was created by gifts from family and friends to honor the life and legacy of Eugene Waldbauer, Emeritus, Biological Sciences. The scholarship will be awarded in the Spring term. The award given will be a maximum of $460.00 per student, the current total cost of the course fee for Bio 310/510.

Selection Criteria

• awarded to a matriculated undergraduate at the sophomore, junior or senior level student, or graduate student in good academic standing at SUNY Cortland
• must be registered in Biology 310 or 510
• enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester)
• student must have at least one full academic year remaining at the start of the fall semester of award year
• has demonstrated financial need per FAFSA

Renewal Information

• This is a one time award and is non-renewable. This is a spring semester only award.
