Mary Dobenecker Hobson '61 Scholarship

Established by Robert Hobson in memory of his beloved wife and in honor of the education Mrs. Hobson received at SUNY Cortland.

Awarded to a student who

• a full-time student who is majoring in an education-related field.
• will have sophomore, junior or senior student standing next fall
• has a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average
• has demonstrated financial need by way of filing a FAFSA
• student must have at least one full academic year remaining at the start of the fall semester of award year

Students applying as a senior must have one full year of study remaining at the start of the next academic year or they are not qualified.
