Nellie Davidson 1908 Scholarship
This scholarship was established in memory of Nellie Davidson, a 1908 graduate of the Cortland Normal School. Davidson was a native of nearby McLean. During a lifelong career in nursing, she traveled to many different parts of the United States, but because of her affection for Central New York, she returned each year for extended visits. Upon her death in 1963, she bequeathed a sizeable gift to the College to benefit students who have grown up in the area she so loved. Award will be split evenly between the fall and spring semesters. Funding is based on availability.
