Paul E. '67 and Kathy Lopez Fernandes '67 Scholarship

The Paul E. ’67 and Kathy Lopez Fernandes ’67 Scholarship was established by Paul and Kathy to celebrate the college that gave them so much. Wanting to pay it forward, the intent of the scholarship is to help Cortland students receive as good an education in life and academics as Paul and Kathy did. This scholarship will be awarded to student(s) enrolled in any major with satisfactory academic achievement. Preference will be given to those with demonstrated financial need. Award will be split evenly between the fall and spring semesters. Funding is based on availability.

Selection Criteria:

• For full-time matriculating students enrolled in any major.
• Recipient(s) must be a sophomore, junior, or senior student.
• Recipient(s) must have satisfactory academic achievement.

• This scholarship is a one-time award and is non-renewable. Students must apply each year.

Scholarship funding is determined by the Cortland College Foundation. Scholarship amounts and availability are subject to change.
