Heymann Family Scholarship

The Heymann Family Scholarship was established by Gary J. ’76, M ’79, C.A.S. ’88 and Anne Marie Sanfilippo Heymann ’77, M ’82 to celebrate the education they received at SUNY Cortland. It will recognize students in any education major with satisfactory academic achievement. Preference will be given to those with demonstrated financial need. Award will be split evenly between the fall and spring semester. Funding is based on availability.

Selection Criteria

• For full-time matriculating student(s) enrolled in any education major.
• Recipient(s) must be a sophomore, junior or senior level student.
• Recipient(s) must have satisfactory academic achievement.

Preference

• Demonstrated financial need per FAFSA.

Renewal Information

• This scholarship is non-renewable. Students must apply each year.

Scholarship funding is determined by the Cortland College Foundation. Scholarship amounts and availability are subject to change.
