Aldo Leopold Award

Presented to the junior or senior preparing for a career in environmental science or environmental education who best exemplifies the conservation philosophy of Aldo Leopold: scientific competence coupled with a strong commitment to the preservation of natural ecosystems.

No application. This is an award given by the biological sciences department at the end of the academic year.
This award is recognized during the spring Honors Convocation Ceremony.

Award funding is determined by the Cortland College Foundation. Award amounts and availability are subject to change.
