P. Eisenhardt '67/S. Fish Chemistry Scholarship

P. Eisenhardt ’67/S. Fish Chemistry Scholarship was established by Dr. Eisenhardt and Ms. Fish to assist students in their study of Chemistry at SUNY Cortland. Awards will be given to incoming freshman or transfer students who are chemistry, adolescence education chemistry, or biochemistry majors with satisfactory academic achievement and demonstrated financial need. Award will be split evenly between the fall and spring semesters. Funding is based on availability.

Selection Criteria

  • awarded to a full-time matriculated students in good academic standing at SUNY Cortland
  • has satisfactory academic achievement
  • awarded to incoming freshman or transfer students
  • is majoring in Adolescence Education: Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemistry
  • enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester)
  • student must have at least one full academic year remaining at the start of the fall semester of award year
  • has demonstrated financial need per FAFSA

Renewal Information

  • This scholarship may be renewable. Renewals are dependent on available funding as provided by the Cortland College Foundation
  • maintains satisfactory academic progress per SUNY Cortland’s published Federal Good Academic Standing guidelines
  • is majoring in Adolescence Education: Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemistry
  • enrolled full-time (at least 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester)
  • has demonstrated financial need per FAFSA

Funding is determined by the Cortland College Foundation. Scholarship amounts and availability are subject to change.
